Victoria Pérez

Victoria Pérez Fernández is a Telecommunications Engineer from the School of Engineering at the University of Seville. Since April 2018, she has been Account Lead for the Regional Government of Andalusia, one of the key accounts within the public and healthcare sectors at NTT DATA Spain. Her career at the company, linked to the Southern region project, began in 2004, when she joined everis after her time at Alcatel, progressing to Partner in April 2021. Since May 2025, she has served as Managing Partner for the Southern Region (Andalusia, Canary Islands, and Extremadura). With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, she has worked closely with the public sector, as well as industries such as healthcare and telecommunications. Throughout her career, she has witnessed the critical impact of technology on the success of companies and public administrations, as well as its essential role in societal prosperity. Her motivation focuses on supporting clients in the integration of emerging digital technologies, enabling the transformation of daily operations, improving efficiency, delivering higher-quality services to citizens, and driving innovation.
