Through the registration form: registration is made from the event website through a registration form that must be completed by the interested party with the requested data and attach the required information if applicable. When completing this form we also request authorization to send commercial communications from both our company and the companies listed in Annex I.

Whenever registration requires payment, the payment process is redirected to a third party, which means that EVENTISIMO SLU will not have access to your banking data, we will only receive confirmation that payment has been made.

In subsequent contacts after registration: if necessary, we may contact the registrant to request additional information or clarification about the information provided in the application.

During the event: it is possible that during the event you interact with us and provide us with additional information. When you register at different conferences we will collect information about your attendance and participation in the event.

Queries, complaints and claims: from the website we make available different channels to contact us to which you can address in case of having any additional query, complaint or claim, if this is the case we will collect the necessary data to resolve your query or manage your claim.

You should know that EVENTISIMO SLU, in order to promote the events and activities in which it collaborates, may capture images and/or videos of event participants, this capture can be made by EVENTISIMO SLU, directly or through contracted third parties. This data processing will be done based on legitimate interest. The captures may be published on the Internet, the EVENTISIMO SLU or event website, on social media pages, magazines and publications, as well as in the companies of Annex I.

This activity does not confer any right to remuneration or benefit to subjects who may occasionally appear in the captures.

When registration is formalized, the participant is provided with an accreditation with a QR code. This QR will allow you access to facilities and activities in which you participate.

Exhibitors to whom you allow to scan your accreditation will receive basic information about you, specifically: Name, surname, contact details, company you work for and position you hold.

Some of the scheduled conferences allow attendees who wish to provide data to entities that offer or participate in the conference in question, for this, it is enough for the attendee to be accredited through the QR when accessing the conference. Accreditation in any case will be mandatory and is not a requirement to access the conference. We remind you that, through the event website, you can access the information linked to your accreditation and update it with the correct data.

Your data will be processed during the period of time that the registration processing lasts. Once registration is confirmed, they will be processed until the end of the event.

Data related to registration payment will be kept for the time necessary to comply with tax obligations.

If we have your authorization to send communications, we will keep your data until you express your will to stop receiving these communications or until 5 years have passed since your last interaction with us. We remind you that all newsletters and commercial communications have a link that allows you to unsubscribe with a single click.

In any of the above situations, after these periods, the data will be kept blocked for the legally determined period for defense against possible claims and to comply with legal obligations that may have been generated.

Your personal data will be processed by EVENTISIMO SLU staff and the companies of Annex 1. It is only planned to communicate them to public administrations for compliance with legal obligations.

As explained in the Use of accreditation section, when the participant authorizes an exhibitor to scan the QR code of the accreditation EVENTISIMO SLU will provide the exhibitor or the promoting entity of a specific act with the basic contact data contained in a business card.

If we process your data you should know that your rights are:

• Right to request access to personal data: you can ask EVENTISIMO SLU if it is processing your data and access them.
• Right to request rectification if the data is inaccurate, or complete the data we have incomplete.
• Right to request deletion of your data.
• Right to request limitation of processing.
• Right to object to processing: EVENTISIMO SLU will stop processing personal data, with the exception that they must continue to be processed for reasons provided in the regulations.
• Right to data portability: in case the user wants their data to be processed by another data controller, EVENTISIMO SLU will facilitate the transfer of their data to the new controller.
• Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your personal data.

At EVENTISIMO SLU we process data based on consent and you should know that you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Remember that you are responsible for the data you provide us, therefore, your data must be truthful, accurate and you must keep it updated.

Events organized by EVENTISIMO SLU are aimed at professionals of legal age, so if you are a minor you should not send illegal and incorrect information. In any case, if parents or legal representatives consider that their children or wards have sent us personal data, we ask them to contact us by sending an email to welcome@ctx-tech.com

If you have registered for an event, the data we will process will be the data you provide us. The applicant must always provide truthful information and update their personal data as they change, since we must have your current information.

The user should not include personal data of third parties without having obtained their prior consent and having informed them of this privacy policy, the user being solely responsible for the lawfulness of the data provided.

We will only use your personal data as established in this document that is in force at the time we collect your information. In the event that EVENTISIMO SLU carries out a modification on the processing of your data, we will inform you in due time.
