Juan Álvarez de Lara Cabrera is Founder & CEO of Solvere Capital, an M&A and fundraising boutique specialising in start-ups and scale-ups. He has closed transactions worth over €12 million in M&A and raised over €5 million for start-ups and scale-ups. He is an independent member of several boards. He has held various institutional positions related to investment and has been a speaker at more than 200 international events on alternative financing (business angels, venture capital, corporate venturing), entrepreneurship and innovation.
