Carlos Murillo and Carolina Rodríguez are the founders of Spinoff, a consultancy focused on the scalability of startups, where they apply their knowledge, strategic vision and creativity by supporting growing ventures seeking to break away from classic structures (Komvida, Smileat, Hola Coffee, Visualfy…), businesses that are now small but deserve all the greatness possible. They support them in their strategic business development, brand strategy and market positioning, as well as internal culture, leadership and team efficiency. They also invest as Business Angels in startups, thus closing the circle of their involvement with entrepreneurship. They co-host the podcast Sangre de Unicornio: an advice podcast for entrepreneurs where they have been able to interview major entrepreneurs such as Ferran Adrià and the CEOs of Morrison, ECOALF, Grosso Napoletano, La Martinuca, Shakers...
