Vivian García

Vivian García Villavicencio is an expert in strategic communication, the founding CEO of Marcas que Enamoran®, and a leading authority on communicative leadership and purpose-driven branding. For over twenty years, she has worked alongside CEOs, executive committees, and organizations in Spain and Latin America, guiding key decisions where communication, reputation, and social impact are at stake. Throughout her career, she has supported management teams and business leaders in developing their communication leadership, helping them align business, brand, and culture to build trust, consistency, and long-term impact. With over fifteen years of teaching experience, she is currently a faculty member of the Master’s in Organizational Sustainability program at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce Business School. She is also the founder of the Marcas que Enamoran® International Awards, an initiative that recognizes and highlights organizations that integrate purpose, sustainability, and positive impact into their business model. A lo largo de su trayectoria ha acompañado a equipos directivos y líderes empresariales en el desarrollo de su liderazgo comunicativo, ayudándoles a alinear negocio, marca y cultura para generar confianza, coherencia e impacto a largo plazo. Con más de quince años de experiencia docente, actualmente forma parte del claustro del Máster de Sostenibilidad Organizacional de la Escuela de Negocios de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid. Es además creadora de los Premios Internacionales Marcas que Enamoran®, una iniciativa que reconoce y visibiliza a organizaciones que integran propósito, sostenibilidad e impacto positivo en su modelo de negocio.
