Sandra Figadero is an expert in strategic public affairs consulting, specializing in intelligence services, political analysis, reputation management, and lobbying. In addition to having extensive knowledge of public funding sources, she has a strong ability to build strategic business alliances. With 32 years of experience, she has deep knowledge of different public administrations, including the Spanish General State Administration (AGE), regional governments (CCAA), and parliamentary institutions at both national and European levels. She served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Equality, within the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with Parliament and Equality. In the Spanish Parliament, she worked with the President of the Interior Committee in the Congress of Deputies, and in the European Parliament she collaborated with the President responsible for Mercosur relations. In the private sector, she has specialized in the design and implementation of intelligence projects, business development strategies based on disruptive technologies, and corporate positioning within public administrations, working with consulting firms such as LLYC and collaborating with others as a senior advisor or independent consultant. She has designed projects in digital transformation, education, and healthcare. She actively collaborates in the launch of innovative entrepreneurship projects, having developed her own startup, promoted the Agents of Change Hub at ManpowerGroup, and built alliances with projects in Latin America. She also worked for Alkemy at Innocv Solutions as Head of Institutional Relations and Public Affairs, positioning the company among key stakeholders in the sector. Her most recent role was CEO of the innovation accelerator Innsomnia.
