My focus is on soft skills training to develop relational leadership and well-being in individuals and organisations. I facilitate change through #training and #transformational coaching in companies, whether through face-to-face and/or online sessions involving individuals or teams. My vocation and commitment as a trainer for over 30 years across various organisations have given me extensive experience in #multi-sector continuing professional development, awareness-raising events, conferences, workshops and over 2,000 hours of training accredited by FPE and FUNDAE. As a CCA-certified Transformational Coach, I support individuals and organisations in transforming their lives to achieve their goals. Being an #EqualityOfficer, #FeministCoach and #CareerAdvisor enables me to manage training needs for personal change with responsibility and contextual intelligence, approaching content, attitudes and plans that require improvement from a #gender perspective. #Equality and #diversity plans are an excellent tool for driving change in individuals and organisations. My curiosity, versatility and commitment to lifelong learning drive my enthusiasm for sharing this privilege: over 30 years’ experience facilitating change and developing #skills among professionals in the private sector and #PublicAdministration. As Director of Human Resources and Quality, I bring expertise in organisational design, job evaluation systems (JES), management and communication processes, recruitment and selection procedures, and experiential training for skills development (>250 employees), as well as the implementation and certification of QMS. I thrive on working with #people, especially when we combine our energy and knowledge to #co-create added value within a framework of #socialresponsibility in organisations. #Networking, whether in virtual classrooms or not, institutional conferences and round-table discussions are some of the spaces where I enjoy creating #synergies and connections. Challenges are what drive me. And people are my best company. That is where I currently maintain my #openapproach: People, Wellbeing and Sustainable Development. I consider myself a ‘work in progress’… always learning. Always in #humangerunds I cannot imagine life without listening and learning. I recognise these areas as my natural habitat for #personalandprofessionalgrowth. My motto: To learn, teach and support, to make life a more liveable place.
