Paulina Stadnik

Paulina is an Engineering Manager at Rover, where she leads one of the Product Engineering teams. She has more than 12 years of experience in the technology sector, having started her career from a non-technical background. She began her career in QA and, after completing a coding bootcamp, transitioned into software development. Over time, she evolved into technical leadership roles and now focuses on building and supporting high-performing engineering teams. She is particularly interested in developing tech talent, non-traditional paths into technical careers, and creating environments where teams can grow and generate real impact through the product.
