Patricia Arboleda is an expert in leadership development, executive coaching and neuroscience applied to leadership. For more than twenty-five years, she built a global corporate career in Fortune 500 companies, leading teams in highly demanding environments under constant pressure. That experience allowed her to understand first-hand the challenges many leaders, and especially women, face in balancing performance, wellbeing and professional growth. Today, through her company, Arboleda Coaching, Patricia combines science and experience to help leaders and organisations develop their leadership, strengthen decision-making and pressure management, and close the gender gap. Patricia is an Industrial Engineer, Executive Coach, member of the Forbes Coaches Council and leads Women in Tech Spain, driving the advancement of women in the technology sector.
