A computer engineer from UPC, with an MBA from ESADE and an Advanced Management Programme (AMP) from IESE, he has spent more than 25 years turning technology into business at the intersection of science, industry and investment, and serving as a board adviser to companies undergoing innovation and growth. He led Strands’ international expansion into 35 countries and ran The Collider (Mobile World Capital Barcelona), driving European spin-offs: more than 20 companies created, 150 jobs, and businesses with a market value in excess of €100 million. Co-founder and CEO of SpaceApps Spain, he coordinates in Spain the NASA International Space Apps Challenge—one of the world’s largest hackathons—with more than 114,000 participants worldwide. This is a key initiative to foster STEAM talent in Spain. Founder and CEO of 2blabs, the company through which he scales European deep tech in Health, Climate Change, FoodTech and AI alongside international VCs, with operations across 10 European countries.
