María Niebla is a psychologist, certified coach, and expert in innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational transformation. She has led initiatives at companies such as Correos and Accenture, notably playing a key role in CorreosLabs, where she promoted public investment in startups. She combines her professional work with teaching and executive coaching, having supported more than 100 senior executives. Currently, she leads the promotion of digital entrepreneurship in port logistics within Misión Andalucía, connecting startups with industry challenges and creating opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
