Economist with an MBA from IE Business School and a PADE (Senior Management Program) from IESE Business School. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions as CEO, Chairwoman, Board Member, or minority shareholder in SMEs, as well as over 10 years in executive roles within multinational companies. She is also a member of the Industrial Advisory Board of the private equity firm Nazca Capital. Throughout her career, she has developed and led the transformation, professionalization, and internationalization of various business projects across sectors such as consumer goods, services, industrial equipment, and wastewater treatment. She began her career in new business development and marketing. Some of the positions she has held include: CEO and Chairwoman of Svenson; International Development Director at ADVEO; Marketing Director at Flex; General Manager of Noctalia (Flex); CEO of Fullgas; Marketing Director at Seagram; and currently a member of the Industrial Advisory Board of Nazca Capital. Since late 2020, she has been co-founder and CEO of Water Challenge, a technology services company focused on the treatment and purification of contaminated fluids. Her initial role was to lead the company’s capitalization to finance the completion of its industrialization phase and the launch of its commercial activities, while building the organizational structure and team to accelerate both national and international growth of its different market applications.
