María González holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Seville and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol. She has built a career of more than ten years in recruitment consulting, where she has developed extensive experience in identifying and assessing specialised talent in the technology sector. She joined Michael Page to lead the launch of the Technology Division in Andalusia, becoming the first consultancy with a presence in southern Spain dedicated exclusively to this field. She currently heads the area, managing a team of specialist consultants in Software Development, Systems and Infrastructure, Data and Artificial Intelligence, IT Governance, and Business Applications. In her direct work as a consultant, she focuses on recruiting senior technology leadership profiles. In addition, for more than five years she has collaborated with the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol as a project tutor and lecturer, contributing to the training of new professionals in the field of human resources and talent management.
