Doctor of Law and Career Civil Servant, with more than 20 years of experience in Administrative Law, Public Procurement and Civil Service. He has worked in the Administration and has first-hand knowledge of how it works, what problems it poses and how to solve them. His career spans various key roles, from Senior Technician for the Regional Government of Andalusia (legal branch), managing and resolving strategic administrative matters, to Institutional Administration Lawyer, advising on regulatory processes and ensuring legal compliance, and Chief Lawyer in Local Government (former), leading the modernisation of structures and optimisation of processes. He helps companies and public administrations to prevent risks, resolve conflicts and turn legislation into a competitive advantage. He is also a professor of constitutional law and a contributor to the media, analysing current legal issues.
