Manuel Fernández manages a €55 million fund for investment in projects or companies linked to Andalusia that are going to invest in R&D&I and/or digitalisation. He can invest up to €10 million per project or company in equity/convertible notes and up to €15 million in debt. Manuel has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, restructuring, structured finance and asset management. Before joining Arcano, he developed his career at Grupo Aldesa and Grupo Diggia & Wenea, where he held various positions of responsibility in the financial area. Manuel has a double degree in Law and Economics from the University of Navarra and has additional training from IESE Business School.
