Mafran Martínez

Telecommunications Engineer, with a Master’s in Logistics, an MBA, and currently studying a Law degree, he began his professional career in telecommunications companies. In 2007, he was appointed Director of the Logistics Activities Zone (ZAL) of the Bay of Algeciras. In 2018, he became CTO of the Port Authority of Huelva, a position he currently holds. He is a member of the DTLF (Digital Transport and Logistics Forum), representing HuelvaPort and Europlatforms, where he served as Secretary General from 2014 to 2019.
