Macarena González Mira is part of Axon Partners Group, where she leads the firm’s investment activity in Andalusia and manages investment vehicles focused on the growth, consolidation, and strengthening of the regional business ecosystem. In this role, she drives the identification, analysis, structuring, and monitoring of financing operations, both equity and debt, aimed at Andalusian companies with growth potential, scalability, innovation capacity, and the ability to generate sustainable value. Among the vehicles under her leadership is the Axon Desarrollo Andalucía Fund, whose investment thesis focuses on supporting strong Andalusian companies with solid business fundamentals, expansion capacity, and the potential to play a significant role in the transformation and competitiveness of the regional economy. Her approach combines financial discipline with a clear commitment to economic impact and regional development, supporting business projects that contribute to the modernization, dynamization, and projection of the Andalusian productive ecosystem. Currently, her team manages a portfolio of more than 25 companies in Andalusia, giving them deep and direct insight into the real financing needs of the regional business fabric, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with mobilizing capital to support growth, investment, and business consolidation processes.
