Lola Vilas

Lola Vilas (Murcia, 1983) has been Uber’s Director in Spain since October 2022, a role in which she oversees the growth of one of the company’s most important markets globally. Her work includes leading the geographic expansion of the mobility business in the country, as well as the development and implementation of new products such as UberX Share, Trains, and Women Drivers, launched recently. Lola holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and an MBA from London Business School, with a double specialisation in Marketing and Strategy. Throughout her career, she has worked at global companies such as KPMG, BNP Paribas, and Prophet Brand Strategy in London, where she developed her expertise in strategy and business management. She was also Senior Business Manager at Amazon before joining Uber, where she has brought her strategic vision and experience to drive innovation and growth in the Spanish market.
