Lola Rebollo

Graduated in Electronic Engineering and specialised in semiconductors from Wilkes University in the United States, Lola has held multiple positions in international companies throughout her professional career, and currently holds the position of director1 for the Public Sector at the American software company CLOUDERA. Previously, she has held positions of responsibility in public bodies such as deputy director for Industry, Talent and R&D Promotion at the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE) and has been part of the Advisory Council of the Spanish High Commissioner for Spain Entrepreneurial Nation2, an initiative under the Presidency of the Government (Ministerial Order PCM/920/2021). In addition, Lola has been an expert evaluator for the European Economic Commission in different programmes and initiatives since 2011 and has been selected as one of the 100 non-executive directors (NED)3 at European level for the Commission’s EIC Scale Up programme. Recognised in the industry, Lola was awarded in 2024 with the Medal of Merit in Cyber Defence4 for her contributions to Spain’s Cybersecurity Ecosystem from the civil sphere. She is also part of the Top 100 Women5 list in the field of investment in Spain, is a candidate for the Top100 Women Leaders in the category of Public, Institutional and Political Functions in 2023, 2024 and 2025, is part of the Guide of Women Leaders6 in Spain’s Business Ecosystem published by ENISA and the Ministry of Industry and Tourism. In June 2025 she was awarded the WITH prize for women leaders in Technology7.
