President of the Association of Universities of the Dominican Republic (AURED), Member of the National Council for Higher Education, Science and Technology (CONESCyT) of the Dominican Republic, Member of the National Literacy Board, Member of the Network of Researchers on Higher Education (RISEU), and Member of the Latin American Association of Political Consultants. Member of the Board of Directors of San Diego Global Knowledge University and President of the Advisory Committee of the International Training Centre based in San Diego, United States. Member of the International Reviewers Board of Sophia Magazine of Ecuador. Advisor to the School of Government of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament, PARLATINO.
