José Antonio Pérez

José Antonio is the co-founder of CoverManager, a reservations and CRM partner for the hospitality industry. Cover helps manage 26 million diners per month across 17,000 restaurants in 10 countries, including more than 400 Michelin-starred establishments. A Telecommunications Engineer by training, he began his professional career in the aerospace and electrical sectors. From 2010 onwards, he moved into entrepreneurship, founding three technology companies for the hospitality industry. From the beginning, his aim has been to help position Andalusia as a hub from which technology is exported globally.
