Jesús Medina is Head of the Technological Development Area (CIO, Chief Information & Innovation Officer) at the Port of Algeciras Bay Authority. He is a Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Seville and holds an MBA with a specialisation in Transport and Logistics. He has extensive experience in the consulting, technology, digital transformation and innovation sectors. He began his professional career at an international consulting firm, eventually becoming a partner there. In 2018, he joined the Technological Development Area of the Port of Algeciras Bay Authority, where he has held various positions of responsibility until being appointed Head of the Area in 2021.
