Jaume Dulsat

Jaume Dulsat has been the Country Leader of the Eurofirms Group in Spain since January 2026. With a degree in tourism and an MBA from the University of Girona, he joined Eurofirms in March 2023 and has since held key positions within the company. He began as Regional Leader in the Canary Islands, where he drove the group’s expansion in a strategic territory with six offices. He subsequently took on the role of Country Leader in Italy, leading the company’s entry and business development in one of the most important international markets for the firm. More recently, he served as Business Leader of Staffing in Spain, heading the temporary staffing division and leading a team with over 100 branches across the peninsula and the islands. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Dulsat is a staunch advocate of the “People First” culture, which promotes improving people’s lives through sustainable business practices.
