Jaime Castillo

Jaime Castillo, co-founder of Shakers. Since the company’s early days, Jaime has been focused on building and scaling the growth and go-to-market strategy, with the aim of making flexible work a real and efficient option for companies, connecting them with the best independent talent. Before Shakers, he founded the fashion marketplace Mr Happiness after his school years in the United States, and scaled it in Madrid to more than 50,000 garments sold in 4 years, with a team of 20 people and a presence in 25 stores in Spain and Portugal. At the age of 23, he combined his professional activity with teaching as a part-time marketing lecturer in university and master’s programmes, while also mentoring other entrepreneurs in collaboration with the LQDVI foundation. He also worked as a freelancer, helping more than 20 startups and mid-size companies build predictable revenue engines in their sales teams and in GTM projects.
