Gracia Nogales

Gracia Nogales is a Computer Engineer and Senior Advanced Support Engineer at Oracle. Specialised in databases, enterprise infrastructures and applied artificial intelligence, she works helping organisations design and optimise data-driven technology architectures. In recent years, she has focused her work and outreach on the impact of artificial intelligence on society, with a special interest in how data and algorithms influence automated decision-making. She actively participates in technology outreach initiatives and in programmes to foster STEM vocations, especially among women and young people. Her work focuses on understanding how artificial intelligence systems learn and what role data plays in the behaviour of algorithms, promoting a more critical and responsible view of the use of AI.
