Gerard Bals is the co-founder of COFI Solutions, where he currently leads the company’s strategic and commercial development. COFI Solutions is a company specialised in intangible asset valuation, providing startups, spin-offs and innovation-driven companies with arguments that support their current value and future potential. This includes Futurlytics®, an AI-powered solution that automates valuation processes in financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. Bals holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), which has enabled him to develop skills in analysis, management, problem-solving and anticipation. He also completed ThePowerMBA Future Leaders programme, which provides a broad business perspective and practical training in management and entrepreneurship.
