Dario Samaniego

Jurist by training and business consultant with more than 25 years of international experience in foreign trade, strategic planning, company set-up in new markets, and the search for industrial and technological partners. I have developed my professional activity mainly between Spain and the Russian Federation, providing services in a confidential and highly professional manner. I am fluent in Russian, which has facilitated relationships with legal and business environments in the CIS. From 2016 onwards, I expanded my operations to the U.S. market, with headquarters in Miami, a key city in the projection of new technologies. Since then, I have collaborated with public and private organisations in the promotion of technological start-ups and scale-ups, facilitating their landing, financing and growth. I have been a Platinum member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce since September 2019, with which I maintain an active collaboration aimed at boosting the new major tech hub of Miami-Dade. New Lines of Activity In 2020, together with a specialised team of lawyers and financial analysts, we expanded our activity into the field of real estate investment, focusing on the execution and acquisition of mortgage loans from international investment funds. Since 2022, in the midst of operational expansion, we decided to diversify into the technology sector, choosing advanced robotics as the central axis of our new business development. We reached a strategic agreement with the Chinese firm Unitree Robotics, a leader in quadruped and humanoid robotics, and since then we have become not only its main distributors in Spain, but also software developers and official partners for the creation of new commercial solutions. Leading the Future of Robotics We currently work with large companies on the introduction of dynamic robotics in industrial, logistics and social sectors, designing tailor-made solutions that integrate cutting-edge robotic hardware with our own software platforms. Our most ambitious project is based on the G1 humanoid robot, aimed at companionship, assistance for people, and natural interaction between humans and machines.
