Cristina Dolan

Cristina Dolan is a technology executive, entrepreneur, public company board director, and academic working at the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital trust. She is CEO of Prime Radiant, focused on protecting executives, families, and organizations through integrated cyber defense, insurance, and remediation solutions in an era of accelerating digital risk. As a co-founder of OneMain.com, she led the company through a NASDAQ IPO and acquisition, and currently serves as non-executive director and audit committee chair of SEALSQ. Previously, she served on the boards of WISeKey and GRIID Infrastructure, with deep involvement in cybersecurity oversight, governance, and regulatory compliance. Her executive career includes leadership roles at RSA Security, IBM, Oracle Corporation, The Walt Disney Company, and venture-backed AI companies. Cristina is co-author of the forthcoming cybersecurity book CyberFiduciary and of Transparency in ESG and the Circular Economy: Capturing Opportunities Through Data. She is a Senior Lecturer at Columbia University and a Cybersecurity Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Cristina earned her master’s degree from MIT, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees in computer science and electrical engineering.
