Carlota Castro is a multidisciplinary professional with experience in project management, innovation consulting, and technological business development, particularly in the fashion, retail, and digital transformation sectors. She is currently part of vess – venture studio, where she works on the development and scaling of innovative initiatives, and serves as COO of ONVERSED, exploring the intersection between technology, fashion, and new business models. With a background in Law, Political Science, and technology, she has led complex projects end-to-end, coordinating teams and bringing structure, strategic vision, and strong execution capabilities in demanding environments.
