Álvaro Jiménez

Álvaro is a Computer Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in executive roles, focused on business development and management in multinational companies. He has taken part in consulting projects for SMEs, public administrations and regional governments in Spain and Latin America. His experience covers open innovation, corporate and digital transformation, talent management, organisational culture and leadership, as well as interim management and information systems. He leads Generasur, CESUR’s innovation ecosystem initiative. He also has a strong track record in training companies and entrepreneurs at the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI).
