Albert Corbella

Albert Corbella has been the Business Leader for Claire Joster in Spain since January 2026. He holds a diploma in Labor Relations from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School. He joined Eurofirms in February 2021 and, since then, has held key positions at Claire Joster. He began as National Leader in Spain, where he led the Recruitment & Interim division with a team of over 50 consultants spread across the country. In January 2025, he took over management of this division for Spain, Italy, and France, leading a team of 60 people and coordinating operations across the three markets. In her new role as Business Leader of Claire Joster in Spain, Corbella oversees all of Claire Joster’s business lines— Headhunting, Professional Recruitment, Interim Management, RPO, and People Advisory— coordinating a team of over 100 consultants across the country. With over 14 years of experience in recruitment consulting, Corbella has in-depth knowledge of companies’ needs when it comes to attracting talent and the challenges of identifying executive and middle management profiles with the right professional and cultural fit. He possesses extensive knowledge of the Spanish labor market, where he has spent much of his professional career; he is also highly knowledgeable about the international market, particularly the Middle East, having lived in Dubai for three years and having worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the region for Deloitte.
