Victoria Cabrera García de Paredes, born in Seville on December 5, 1972, is the founder and CEO of Comunicaciones y Producciones del Sur (CPS S.L.) www.agenciacps.com. This company specializes in strategic communication and marketing consulting, as well as audiovisual production for both private and public companies and organizations. Committed to gender equality, entrepreneurship, ICT, and the environment, CPS is a pioneer in organizing sustainable events.

She is also the founder and director, since 1998, of Cibersur www.cibersur.com, the first media outlet specializing in innovation, science, and technology, with a daily digital edition. Cibersur has received several awards.

Her ongoing work in promoting the development of the information society in Seville and Andalusia in general, and particularly in advancing gender equality within that society, is noteworthy. As well as her ongoing work supporting entrepreneurship. More than 25 years of experience dedicated to training business owners, managers, and entrepreneurs in communication and public speaking, using her own PATO method. She is a mentor in communication and marketing for various business schools and accelerators, currently at Telefónica's Open Future Cube and the Womandigital Mentor Club.

All of this has led to numerous accolades throughout her more than 25-year business career, including being named an Influential Woman of Spain and Andalusia by Forbes in 2024. This adds to previous recognitions such as being included in the startup influencer list by the media outlet El Referente, and being named one of the Women Advancing in Communication 2022 by Andalucía Emprende. Along the same lines, ExtraDigital included her in its ranking of the 10 most influential women in Andalusia in the world of Communication, Journalism, Marketing and Advertising for 2022, 23 and 24, and in its list of Communication Influencers in Andalusia for 2023 and 24. She also received the Womanleader Award or Global Impact Woman (MIM) from the World Development Plan Foundation, and the Accenture National Journalism Award in 2023.
