Miguel Rego is Vice President and Managing Director of FUNDITEC, a technology center based in Madrid dedicated to applied research and innovation in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Under his leadership, FUNDITEC works to strengthen business competitiveness, drive high-impact projects, and foster collaboration between public and private entities within the Spanish technology ecosystem.
In addition, he is President of the Artificial Intelligence Cluster of the Community of Madrid and has held key roles in the fields of cybersecurity and innovation, including senior positions at the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) and the iHackLabs initiative, as well as roles in consulting and technology companies. His career combines strategic vision, the promotion of technological talent, and contributions to research and technology transfer projects.
