Leo Gutson has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business consulting, having developed part of his career at KPMG in Spain and Latin America. He is the founder and director of RGN Impact, a strategic consulting firm specializing in impact measurement and management in the field of ESG and impact investing, working with organizations and investors committed to sustainability and long-term value creation.
He is a partner and board member of Spain’s first Impact Business Angels Club and an investor in more than 15 impact and ClimateTech startups across Spain and Europe. Through RGN IMPACT, he is also a limited partner (LP) in three impact investment funds.
In addition, he has been one of the driving forces behind the B Corp Movement in Spain since 2015 and an ambassador of Sistema B Latin America since 2013, promoting business models that integrate social and environmental impact with economic profitability.
