Juliana Pereira
Senior Executive in Marketing and Digital Communication
Juliana Naranjo Pereira is a leading voice in professional transitions, community leadership, and values-driven transformation. With seven major career pivots across different industries—from global advertising and luxury fashion to technology, education, and entrepreneurship—she doesn’t just write about reinvention; she lives it.
Born in New York and raised with Colombian and Portuguese cultural roots, Juliana brings an intercultural perspective to every role she undertakes. She began her career in the agency world in New York at BBDO, working on global campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Lay’s, Johnson & Johnson products, and Wynn Las Vegas. She later moved into public relations and communications strategy for luxury brands, including Burberry, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co. In Spain, she held a senior leadership role at Value Retail, a global platform of 12 iconic luxury shopping destinations, and subsequently served as Global Chief Marketing Officer of the international technology consultancy SNGULAR.
She also successfully launched and sold a wellness startup after seven years of growth and development, and created the Campus Life department at IE University, supporting more than 10,000 students from 147 countries.
Her thought leadership has been published in Harvard Business Review Deusto, and she is a TEDx speaker (“Rethinking the Meaning of Work”). She is currently co-authoring the book Pivot-Quest, focused on professional transitions and career reinvention. She does not conceive of life—or her daily work—without the responsibility to give back to society. Guided by this conviction, she serves on the Board of Trustees of UNICEF Spain and actively supports the NGO Hogar Sí, committed to fighting homelessness.
In 2024, in recognition of her impact, she was honored by the Madrid City Council for her contributions to the city’s economic development, innovation, and international projection.
